Charles River Laboratories invite participants for a research survey examining compassion fatigue and coping mechanisms in laboratory animal workers in Europe. This questionnaire aims to: 1) determine how widespread compassion fatigue is in individuals working with laboratory animals in Europe, 2) understand how personal and work-related factors may influence compassion fatigue, and 3) understand coping mechanisms that are used to deal with compassion fatigue.
Participants must meet the following criteria: 18 years of age or older, and currently working with laboratory animals in Europe
