LASA’s 60th Anniversary CONFERENCE
In 1963, the Laboratory Animal Science Association was founded by a consortium of university, industrial, ministry and research council representatives.
Today, LASA is the UK society for scientists and laboratory animal professionals with an interest in animal research, 3Rs, care and welfare, education, training and ethics, and policy and regulation.
This year, it celebrates its 60th anniversary with a special conference to be held in a new venue in Cambridge between 21st and 23rd November.
The conference will feature a special programme of scientific lectures and posters and will comprise a table-top exhibition providing excellent networking and social opportunities.
We would like to invite all members and non-members to register early for the meeting; it is important to promote a good representation from our broad community including animal technologists, scientists, veterinarians, regulators and industry.
We are looking forward to seeing you in November!
